hey mate this looks pretty sweet but like , i try to learn this and have problems XD, when i do it, i always nearly - but just not land it and have to put my follow arm down so i dont smash my face to the floor LOL, do u have any more advice for like, gaining hight, oh and im not really like a wooden plank, but still not very flexy either, stay safe!
you need more height. it looks 10x better and you can slow it down rather than driving your heel so quickly over and slamming it into the ground. unless you are on a sprung floor like that you are gonna get shin splints
