  • Yes, you can still have children after a prolapse. I’ve had 4 surgeries – which I never would have had, had I known about IncoStress.

Instead of surgery use IncoStress - you insert like a tampon & with it you identify which muscles you need to strengthen. By holding it in place, you strengthen your pelvic floor.

IncoStress is available on DryDiapersPlus ca along with a book called "Hold It Sister" which is a great book for explaining the pelvic floor & the exercises to strengthen it.

  • Nice presentation in simple words. keep it up

  • Wouldn't a c-section cause more damage, since that in it's self has it's own risks?

  • She didn't say whether or not a woman with the prolapse can have more children afterward if her symptoms have subsided. I know some one who has the condition, and want's to have more children. It's been about 4 yrs since her last child. If anyone has the answer to that write me back.

  • i understand another birth would have to be by c section.

  • I'm surprised that (hourly for 6 weeks) kegel excercises weren't mentioned as another option- especially for a 1st degree prolapse in younger women.

  • @DanaAzure I think kegels would be a better preventative measure, but once prolapse is happening, it may stabilize at an early degree of prolapse, but beyond that, not much could be done with kegels.

  • this is awesome. ty

  • Didn't she just say that it was not a disease, and then turn around and call it a disease. Hum...
