it's the band from Belarus called Serebryanaya Svad'ba (Серебряная Свадьба in Russian) - you can find them on myspace (myspace.com/freakcabarett). I know only one place where you can buy their CDs (pigasus-shop.de) but probably there is smth else.

okay :D that's cinda funny for me, cause i am german. it sounds cute, what she is singing, even if i do not get half of the words or some sense :D i like it.
