I'd say that you'd have been better off calling this a re-make or a tribute to the Dylan Moran one, as saying that it was "inspired by it" isn't really true.
That was really well done actually. I'm glad I saw that... mind you, watch out for copyright as a great deal of that was lifted from the original Black Books scene.
All the same, fantastic. Would like to see more of this short film of yours.
I'd say more than a 'great deal' was lifted from the original Lol, as was the intention- it is almost shot-for-shot EXACTLY as the original was played out!
But hey- plaguirism is the best form of flattery isn't it ;)
I was about to say it reminds me a lot of Dylan Moran's "Rejection" when I read the description.

Was the dalogue run though a digitiser or something?
