Azure Kite/Balmung/Orca are A.I knights created by Aura to protect her the reason why the look like the originals is because they made such an impression on her that she decided to recreate them. At the end of the 3rd vol however she realize's that she is no longer fit to protect the world with her knights and so blesses Haseo with her knights, basically asking him to look over the world for her . And of course they have power over the system and can thus remove the anomolies known as AIDA.
