Sleepy was right about this one. Full moon is a style oriented on stronger, but slower moves. Crescent is a move based on fast moves that do less damage, and Half moon is a balance of the both.

I don't know where you got this Full/Half/Crescent in relation to Act Cadenza info, but C-Nanaya plays completely differently to Act Cadenza Nanaya.

from what I know it is because they have to first work out glitches from transferring from Sega Naomi to Pc. Then they will have to redo the secret character setup from instead of just putting in a code to actually earning them. Then beta testing on computer. Then finally marketing.
