Yes, you do have to prove the claims you make, except if your a woman, a woman makes a claim, and presto, its valid, no evidence, and no due process is necessary.

We need to go back to making the courts abide by due process all the time, not just when they feel like it. When the court does not obey the law and makes a void judgment, file a collateral attack, once subject matter jursidiction is challenged, the court loses its authority and anyone who act under that "nonexistent" authority.
