  • I want to own one

  • I am going to get one of these. Unfortunately I have to wait because it is out of stock.

  • Hookers included with the pole, or?

  • the bottom of the tent does not connect to the body of the tent? is this true?

  • OK now that I know the floor is separate, my desire for one just plummeted. I'm in Florida where it rains a lot during camping season. I would get flooded out!

  • ship to canada? how many pounds does this wiegh when its wrapped up?

  • i hate to say it but this thing is so wrong in so many ways. if it aint got smoke flaps it aint a tipi. defeats the purpose

  • meh, building the real thing is much more fun

  • i really want one< when will they be back in stock??????

  • the centrally located pole is excellent... does the tent come with strippers or hookers? also wondering if it will accomadate a small tent stove.

  • oh i SOOO want one of these!!

  • Two twin beds fit nicely. One and a sitting area. Or in my case: one twin bed and a bunch of Jeep parts. The beauty of the floor being separate is that I can fold the floor back and dump a bunch of tools and parts on one side without getting the floor greasy.

  • Does it have a bathroom....!

  • nice tent

  • Go figure. Had a few financial hiccups and had to delay buying this. I finally saved up and went to get one of these and they're sold out! Bummer. :((

  • do you ship over seas i live in ireland and i need a good tent and this one will suit me just fine

  • @yammo12

Sorry, we do not shop to Ireland.

  • @sportsmansguide Why not ship to Irland send ups.????

  • @sportsmansguide

They sell a similar one in Argos

  • I have this tent and it took on the high winds of the Anza Borrego Desert just fine. Not a lot of flapping noise. Stayed strong all night. I had myself, my dog and a bunch of gear and Jeep parts in it. The tent provided a warm spot in a cold wind. The next morning it was shedding rain. Remember: the floor and the tent body are not sewn together. Just buckled. Check your boots and bed for scorpions and snakes. Two doors give this thing great ventilation and access.

  • @qwiksilverla

so i would be able to use the tent without the floor so i could use a wood stove

  • @ricky0604fh Sil nylon and heat has to be done carefully. There is also no allowance for a chimney so carbon monoxide would be an issue. I would use a catalytic heater instead.

  • get rid of the centre pole and it might be usable, old fashioned having a centre pole in the way.

  • Get rid of the central pole and it falls down. I have this tent and the pole is not really an issue.

  • Nice design I think I'd buy it. It looks like it could be a good winter tent. If they put in a stove pipe hole and offer a small collapsible wood stove then it would be complete The windows wouldn't let the wind through. As for the center pole you could eliminate it if you can find two long saplings and tie them at the top, tie the top of the tent to them and raise both sapling poles up and brace at each side of the tent. The poles dig in and will support the tent. Nice design.

  • Yea and I bet that cold metal pole will feel real good when your naked butt brushs up against as your getting busy with your ol'lady at 2 in the morning. That not even metioning the fart factor. All that methane trapped and concentrated in the center like some death cloud just waiting for you to seat up in the morning. LOL

  • this is NOT a tipi in any way....it is a tent based on a conical desighn. Sybley Civil war tent is more like it.

  • the adventure ...begines - hes so fukkin cheesy ;p
