Thanks for making this video. I want to move to Lynchburg from the UK and wanted to see what it is generally like there.Some questions for you. At 1:23 what do the flashing lights mean and on the same road are you allowed to use centre lane to turn left - in the UK we are not allowed to cross a solid line. Finally what month is it and is this a normal amount of traffic? Thanks! This is Lynchburg, VA isn't it?
