It is imperative to use caution when using Mag Citrate as it can cause acute renal (kidney) failure. Does not matter if you are young, or old, healthy or unhealthy...if used improperly renal failure can result.

I'll hav to try the citrate. I had started using capsules and filling them with sea salt. Man ur the man, I don't think I could do 30 days, alot of it has to do with weight, I wouldn't wanna drop too much weight.
