I have been playing myself for the past 13 years and singing for 6 years. Love the high pitches love the odd scream. I recently tried to increase my range. I did a lot of research. when you reach the end of your chest voice range, try going into head voice instead of screaming or you will end up hurting your vocal chords. Very tense neck = strain.
