Only use a certified plastic surgeon. Don't go to a Med Spa. They'll burn you and cost you recovery time and tens of thousands of dollars.

I think that the best and safer place in the world to have a plastic surgery is South America. I had all my plastic surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic (Breast implants, nose /chin surgeries, full liposuction, and lips augmentation) I am very happy with my results; they are just Amazing and very natural! The plastic surgeons in South America are recognized to be the best in the world. For me its a perfect place, very safe and its much cheaper if you compare withthe costs in US!
