You can get into the Arcane University through the mage's guild quests. Get the recommendations from all the town guilds to get into the university. There you have access to Spellmaking stations and Enchanting stations.

i guess you could but its really difficult to find the right spot so that spells are cast over and over again. With this, you take out the spring in the trigger and it allows you to move it so much easier to find the right spot

ha no when i first did this about 6 months ago the controller was fine... its easy to take apart and put back together but when i found it laying around the house thats what was left of it lol.. i was surprised it still worked
