  • u must be kidding me, fisher price, a toy maker for turn table?

  • Pinkpafait...I love you *sigh* lol! Amazing!

  • Quiero uno,aún no lo encuentro :(

  • who cares about the quality of the songs? vinyl's about the vintage, the nostaliga. Rock out man, I wish I had this instead of my bland, new looking audio techia; not that I don't like it, but, it looks so modern...hold on to the past fans!

  • Cool, one of the vendors at the Toronto Downtown Record show had this exact same player. He let me play a few 45's on it.

  • this would be good to use if you were in the bathroom taking a crap or something, but not much else

  • Honestly this actually suits the stripes almost childlike style! =D

  • I just bought one of these bad boys off ebay. Im running it off batteries at the mo but wanted to get an AC adaptor. Ive been told I need a 6v - is this correct?

  • @voodoogregor Check that yours will take an adapter. Some of these players run on battery only. Mine takes a 6v adapter. To make sure, just check next to where the adapter plugs in on your record player and it should say what voltage.

  • kudos

  • who knows if that will ruin your record

  • I remember an older AC model being used to play preschool records; they ran the thing every day.

  • I have an older version of this record player. It's pretty good, despite the fact that it does not have the automatic motor. I got it for $12 on eBay

  • That doesn't sound too shabby!

  • I saw this at Goodwill but didn't purchase it. Wehre would you find a replacement needle for this type of player?

  • even if you did, you probably only payed 3 bucks at most for the player itself, and the needle alone would be 10 times that.

  • I could send you a message on wher to purchase one. I've been looking for one of these turntables my self, so I know where to buy new needles for it.

  • I just searched "good record player" and I found this. But what's ironic is that I love TWS, I have tons of videos involving them, and this is my favorite song. Small world.

  • Its also one of my favorite WS songs! but its so hard to pick. Dead Leaves might be my very fav.

I think this is a "good record player", for a kiddie one. The sound is not that bad.

  • I imagine that the audio is even better if you're sitting in front of it as opposed to listening to the audio on YouTube.

  • is it possiblr to hook this unit to a hi fi system or better speakers like thru an earphone/speaker jack or possibly rig one into it

  • No, there is no where on the record player to plug in speakers/headphones, just an AC adapter. I guess if someone was really clever they could dismantle it and figure out how to hook up speakers.

  • I could do that pending that i have the right parts, I have soldering experience ive added an external speaker to my toy voice changer megaphone and i can record off it and blast it thru my stereo. i could do the same to this but it will be mono, is this unit mono or stereo? i can make a mono rig play out of both speakers you just bridge the 2 stereo channels so that the + side of the speaker drives them both and it comes out of both speakers but doing this may ruin the value of this rig

  • good song i heard this one on the simpsons when bart took up playing the drum

  • funny, I had one of these back in the day and learned to play the drums along to my dad's the cars and the police albums

  • Nice one.

  • awesome
