  • Vonage is misleading unsuspecting customers. They DO NOT have any plans which truly allow a customer who is like many normal people to really make UNLIMITED CALLS!!! What is further wrong with Vonage is that the customer is never told at the time of signing up that they will be subject to unknown limits and unknown constraints to be invoked by Vonage via private emails to the customer or voice messages warning the customer that their usage is not consistent with "hypothetical normal" entity.
