all u need is a sword to do this. when they attack just counter and try not to get brutes involved

The area I believe is the Palazzo Ducale? Yeah, they're the best place to do this, although I've heard that you can also pull off a No-Hitter if you kick off a fight while having a companion or mercenaries, such as when accompanying Lorenzo back to his residence (before you go to kill Francesco de' Pazzi). You can also do this with the "10 Brutes in 60 seconds" mission so long as you start a combat proper, i.e. by attacking with a non-assassination weapon so that the Brutes notice you.
