Well, getting angry, when somebody is throwing shattered glass in your way is pretty understandable and not retarted, don't you think? Imagine it would have been the other way round and the girl had done that to you. How would you have felt?
The appartments got damaged by accident. This is bad, of course, but you should also take into consideration, that shattering glass when people are around you means to put them into danger. What makes it worse, you did it on purpose, just to scare others.

Yes, fireworks can be dangerous and I find it understandable that they're people who are scared by the explosions. But why didn't you just watch from a window or balcony? You might have even enjoyed the fireworks this way.

You could have seriously hurt the people who were passing by, when you shattered the glass bottles on purpose. No wonder the girl in the film got so aggressive. You're lucky she didn't hit you. I think you scared people much more than the fireworks doing these things.
