To everyone that watches this. The military is alot different from how it was back 15 years ago. I am in the Navy currently and have been for 2 years. The first thing I noticed was how much more I drank "alcohol". In the navy it is easy to let alcohol consume you. Well to get away from there. If you are good at following directions the Navy is for you. "rebellious" behaviors are very disliked. See you all out in the civilian world soon (;
Dude you're just like me I was from a rough neighborhood in Denver and I asked so many questions and didn't like being told what to do... I made it through the BS like bootcamp and A-school thinking the Navy would get better, it didn't... So after getting sent to deck division for being a bad sailor, I decided to leave..... I went UA for 4 months came back with intentions of being discharged; I was after like 2 months.. When I came back I told every1 I quit and to leave me alone..
Its too late for me, i went UA two days before i went to Battlestations. All the stuff the Navy try to feed me was not making any moral sense to me and i ditched my $26,000 bonus and my cool uniforms and left.
Justin, Did you get my note about the Navy being a great place to join; just if you're not rebellious like I was. You sound like you'd be a good sailor.
Tom is quite an interesting fellow. I love listening to ex-sailor's Navy stories. Especially like his ending, where he tells everyone how important they are.

Sounds like quite an experience (or rather collection of experiences). It made an interesting story for sure. Looking forward to hearing some more.
