There is no such terminology as taqiyya in Sunni jurisprudence. Protecting one's belief during extreme or exigent circumstances is called idtira which translates to "being forced" , and this word is not specific to concealing the faith. it is doing a Haram to protect you life as long as it does not hurt other people

As usual for apologists of Islam you justify the violence promoted in the Quran by using Biblical examples. There are no quotes in the New Testament that call for the murder of 'non-believers'. If you don't accept the calls to violence in the Quran, why are you a Muslim? Why revere a 'prophet' who was a warmonger, slavetrader and paedophile? And we see that the worst of the Koran (Surahs al-Baqarah, al-Imran, an-Nisa, al-Maidah, al-Anfal, at-Taubah, al-Azhab, al-Fath, al-Mujadilah, and as-Saff, are all revealed later than the so called "peaceful" or "tolerant" surah (as few and far between as those are). The Madinan ayat are what matter to infidels.

The Taliban kills Moslems every day in Pakistan and Afghanistan with bombings, as does Al Qaeda in Iraq, Yemen, al-Shabab in Somalia, the Iranian government with their hangings and rape factories. Other Moslems, like the Nigerians, Egyptians, Indonesians, Chechens and Albanians, prefer to target Christians and other unbelievers.
