  • this guy is phenomenal plain and simple

  • i have used this formation for the first time today changing from 3-5-2 i think this works very well as you have cover all over the field. hard to coach but will work as long as you can explain each players specific job clearly. my fingers are crossed for this to bring success

  • the most noobest 4mation i've thought very offensive but a risky 4 mation no wonder no one dares 2 use it.. becuz once the oponent gets possession ur almost like considered being ded or pwned by the oponent the most noob ass 4 mation develop 4 u 2 lose if u huv a group of noob midfielders and program 2 let you feel humiliated by losing 2 the opponent in a huge score.

  • Coach,

As a Long tenured coach and trainer...... Thank you for your post.

Wishing you continued success in soccer and life....

  • damn this guy makes a damn great coach from this video!

  • Hi i tink is a good tactic vision but only works if you have the right players.

I live in europe and that system played here dint work so well cause players are a litle more developed here than america ist my opnion but like i said if you have the right players maybe ir works for example barcelona in the 4-3-3. sory for my bad english :)

  • wow

  • ... have runners flanking the midfield, technical and skilled enough to blurr the lines of attack and defence. and naturally the old fashioned half back from the WM playing bottom of the midfielf diamond that can drop into defence when being attacked on the flanks. and a classic no 10 with good vision and touch.

beyond youth level this system leaves little room for experienced [old/slow] players though. has it worked with this lot?

  • @justnotcricket With Anson's teams, he is currently. 625–28–20 (.943) as an overall winning percentage and has won 19 Division 1 Women's College Soccer Titles. It's worked.

  • marcelo bielsa's lovechild? i like this guys philosophy. defending is a necessary evil we shouldn't make a virtue of it. id be more adventurous though, a compression of 25 yards isnt insane enough. once youve crossed the crazy line you may aswell go all the way, id play no wingbacks, just have fullbacks big, strong and fast enough to flank the back 3. use inside out wingers that can switch to provide witdth when needed, width is only a means to an end, crossing only converts on the break...

  • Sorry mate 3-4-3 is the worst system ever there are so many floors. ok if I was playing a 4-4-2 which I won't because that again is floored system I would tell my Right back and left back to clip long balls down the channels so then I would have a 3 on 2 situation plus my attacking midfield would be support and my wide men.
