Well done for doing your 5k.

Some how i managed to do a 5k with 1 weeks training in 25 minutes, but this was 2 months after i had done a marathon so i guess i you don't need to train for a 5k after a marathon.

OH this video just makes me want to cry. seriously. running is one of my biggest goals. I mention in one of my videos, that i want to run like Forest Gump. Run and run and run. Never been able to. EVER. Thanks for this video. I am going to keep it as one of my favorites. My surgery date is August 7 in Mexico. start my pre-op in 7 days. Thanks so much.
