IT WORKS FANTASTIC! I'VE TRIED IT ALL, AND ALTHOUGH I DON'T GET COMPLETE RELIEF, I HAVE ABOUT HALF AS MANY HEADACHES, THAT LAST HALF AS LONG, AND ARE NOT NEARLY AS PAINFULL AS THEY WERE PRIOR TO BOTOX. I GET MORE INJECTIONS IN MY SCALP, THAN IN MY FACE.
It will be interesting to see if this treatment works. I have not suffered from migraines but I recently saw a few stories on news mags like The Journal with Joan Lunden and CNN that were talking about the number of people who deal with chronic migraines and the effects it has on their lives. It sounds horrible. Hopefully this treatment will have the capability of helping some people.
My insurance has approved my neurologist's request for Botox treatment for migraines. I get the shots this Friday. My life is so impaired by frequent migraines. I hope this procedure helps!
