Your camera work is too fast for us to get a good look at the comic book. I believe it is circa 1954. Bill Elliott was one of the many cowboy stars whose adventures were published by Dell Comics. Even as a B movie cowboy, he was more authentic than John Wayne ever thought to be. The man had a mean right hook that came straight from the shoulder and knocked the outlaw to the floor. Then he would pull on his gloves and say, "Sorry, I'm a peaceable man."
@CelestialWoodway Thanks for the tip. I did what you said...also moving the white button stylus slowly across the page brings the page into focus. Bill Elliott rode a black stallion called Stormy in the comics. In the movies, he had two horses: one was a paint he called Sonny and of course the black stallion Thunder he rode in the Red Ryder pictures.

@MrFrontrowkid 1954 correct. Use the pause button you can slow it down and read the whole comic book.
