  • if your dog is actually deaf.. there is obviously no need to say the word in the first place..duh

  • i deaf

  • good, but need not press the dog with their hands to show him a position.

    (see "education friendly").

  • "good" looks more like: do that again and ill back hand ya

  • I like the concept. My dog is leanring what Little I know, but I just dont like her forcing the dog into the positions. =/ When I am training my dog he is happy and wagging his tail, this dog looks a little confused and scared. =/ Eitherway good concept.

  • I am deaf, 23 yrs old. i taught my puppy, all myself, sign language. he already know few commands in sign language like "sit", "come", "no", "play", "potty", "good", i noticed if you train at very young age they understand easier...

  • when u said dingo he looked at u at the end s0 h3 ant df

  • Pushing the dogs hunches, NOT a good idea, it can hurt them, there are much better ways to do it such as patting their bottom.

  • This is good, except for the sit part, puching down on the dog is not a good way to make him sit. It's better to hold the treatclose to his nose and move it up and trick him into sitting. If you must push him down, use the other hand to raise his chest up at the same time

  • good tips though pointing is not s good sign for down tapping your foot os much better

  • we also taught our dogs sign language...it's used all the time with dogs in agility trials, etc. and it's lots of fun. the dogs respond well to it. however, pushing down on the dogs haunches is NOT a good idea! there are better ways to teach this.

  • or when your beloved dog goes def

  • this is really stupid.

  • You've obviously never had a deaf dog, or met a deaf person, or actually used your head for thinking, you worthless piece of garbage

  • Actually yes, I have a deaf dog and my sister in law is deaf. Any more questions? To me this is not stupid, I use similar techniques to get my deaf dog to do stuff.

  • Interesting! :)

  • and this is for what...used when? When you get a sore throat and can't talk? Silly.

  • It's sign language for people who are deaf or can't speak! Nothing silly about it.
