yes it is, because this B-side , it was done without permission of the artist and more, the real name of the artist is Gary Low, think about it

I made a mistake in spelling his name. The artist IS Gary Low.

as you can see in the fake record, the name of the artist is wrong, what record company make this mistakes? and the name of the composer of the song Equador is Walter Leon or somebody else?
