If the scientists would have, in addition to the male behavior, also been "amazed" at how the female chimps seemed to collapse and open their legs in the presence of the money, that would have been more accurate. America has a national average IQ of 98, which ties them for 19th place with Norway, Mongolia, France, Denmark, Australia, Spain, Poland, and Hungary.
