Way to go! I'm starting on Monday, and I hope it works for me. I have to lose 80 lbs to get back to my healthy weight. :(

Great job!! Keep it up! I started the SBD 4 years ago and have been maintaining my goal weight for the last 3 years, after losing 60 lbs.
