This piece reminds me of the great gatsby and the hopes, dreams and general positivity of the main character Gatsby . His smile with a 'quality of eternal reassurance' and the general tragic hope of this novel with its beauty and power. It exemplifies albeit anti-hero like purity and beacon of hope and light above the other characters. please respond if you have read the book or not, and please read the book if you haven't it is a wonderful life-changing read and my favourite book of all time.
