  • i knw it inapprpriate but she wud be amazing in bed

  • I'm sure half of you bragging about how bad ass your sqaut is aren't even using proper form. Ass to Ground boys, or at least get your hips below your knees.

  • it's a legit squat, but don't you need to pause at the bottom for it to count in a meet?

  • lol ill do this 20 times lol max 505 get o my level bitchs

  • @TheNandopro you must be short as piss. My guess would be 5'8" if your bragging about this.

  • @johnnyboy922 lol yea im 5'8''

  • @TheNandopro Ok cool make a video and shut the fuck up no one cares.

  • @fir3share78 fuck u fagget

  • @TheNandopro PROMISE!? I'm short as hell too, I understand the decreased ROM makes it easier, but people when you weigh between 125 to 150 pounds getting any amount of weight about 225 to 300 feels enormously heavy on the back, especially if you have back problems scoliosis (me), or hip displacement muscle problems are common with these then it makes it even more a struggle, and in all honesty regardless of your weight the strong man competition has dudes squatting 750 for a set of 5+ so GTFO.

  • it's impressive and all, but why do people lie about weight? bar= 45. 4x45 plates= 180 2x10 plates=20 2x21/2 plates=5 total weight=250

  • @sittingon35s There are 3 45lb plates on each side.. that's 315 right there plus one 5 on each side to put it at 325 plus a 2.5 on each side to make it 330lbs.

  • @KyleCozzens looks like bumper plates if anything.

  • Wht a fking boss!!!

  • Very impressive. Her form at the end kind of sucked (leaned forward way too much), but when squatting that much it is understandable.

  • nice form. very strong. but how does she have her hands on the bar so close lol i wish i could do that. -no dexterity here :p

  • Amazing.

  • I remember at one point in my life when I was intimidated by other people's max lifts if it was better than mine. This one would have really crushed my ego. You get older and you realize that in the real world, how much someone can lift doesn't matter

  • @EndlersaurusRex wanna know wat upsets me the most? form freaks... there like nerds but its just rlly annoying idk wat it is it just makes me wanna squeeze there head and shake them very violently but ot dont matter ur just another youtube troll typical hav a nice day

  • @fitnessbeast4 The also dont understand that the worst of form comes out on a max. Thats why they are so dangerous but you've got to do them to get stronger.

  • Too bad an average male would rip your ass to bits while holding you down with one hand.

  • 275? sorry that was something you did for reps in high school.

  • She's very strong for her weight and I'm imprressed but if this lift was passed at a powerlifting meet, they've gotten a lot more lenient that they used to be. I could never get 3 whites unless I felt like I was bottoming out and I don't think even the top of her thighs are parallel. I do think she could do that depth with weight.

  • @ehsfb20011 Eh, she's parallel. Pause the video at the bottom and you can see. It's no ATG lift, but definitely parallel, and way deeper than half the shit I've seen passed on YouTube.

  • I only see 2 plates, but k.

  • @lile2780 you haven't heard of 100lb plates?

  • Very impressive! and Yea, I hate those ppl that just talk shit and constantly compare themselves at someone's achievement. Just give them props.

  • @EndlersaurusRex ok ya the bar one that machine is still 45 and k its a smith machine big fuckin deal i weigh 120 and ya it is a squat u retard

  • @fitnessbeast4 Umm, no. Smith machines are easier than free weight. You wouldn't be able to do that exercise in your video except in a smith machine cause it holds the weight in place. You did not do a squat. You did a variation on a step up--some may consider it the second half of a squat.

Assuming the second scenario, your depth was not even close to ATG, let alone parallel, so it's would be a real squat that way.

Therefor: you unracked 370# in a smith machine and did a step up, not a squat.

  • @fitnessbeast4 Correction on typo: it wouldn't* be a real squat. Honestly though, you're stupid if you think what you did was a squat.

  • @EndlersaurusRex I respectfully disagree on the smith is easier than free lol to me atleast.

  • @helghast82nd I guess that's what you're just used to, but from a physics and biomechanics perspective the Smith Machine should be easier because it's on a track running in a straight line; your body doesn't have to naturally support the weight the same way.

To each his own, I guess.

  • All I can think about is how those strong legs would feel wrapped around my body or my neck.

  • hey guys check out my one leg squat PR of 370

  • @fitnessbeast4 Looked it up...it's both in a smith machine and not a squat. It is one-legged, though.

  • I would post my max squat on here to put you all to shame, but last time I squatted the entire country of Haiti, an earthquake happened and a shitload of people died.....

  • this girl must have a nice ass...;)

  • Why the fuck are her hands so close?

  • awesome lift

  • Wow strong Girl!

  • thats so not fair that a girl can do that and i cant -.-

  • why is the girl doing the squats? The fat chick sitting on the chair is the one who needs to do some squatting.

  • this girl is outstanding, what is she doing now. everybody is different so some people are naturally stronger than others.

  • You ever notice how the people talking shit *never* have videos?

  • That's awesome! Keep it up!

  • honestly nobody should even care how much other people can lift, it REALLY DOESN'T MATTER.

  • mad respect to any girl that can squat that much weight!

  • Love all these people that post videos of themselves lifting with power lifting suits, knee wraps, and a weight belt. LOL My girlfriend is 132 lbs... last workout she squatted 225 for 3x15 no belt, no wraps, and definitely no suit. That's how you squat.

  • @JoePastore1973 that's pretty damn good for a 60 kg female. most guys can't do that (srs).

  • @JoePastore1973 Yeah well how old is she? At age 14, last year, I repped 245 raw and i only with 114.

  • @liveloveliftpwrlftr her age... 20. She also did this after 2.5 months of working out. You repped 245? How many times. Amber did 225 for 3 sets of 15 reps, has done 225 for 1 set of 25 reps, and 315 for 3x5. This was all accomplished in 3 months after having never lifted b4. No wraps, no belt, and no squat suit.

  • @JoePastore1973 the way powerlifters squat i highly doubt id count any one of those squats a full rep..

  • @akerbacker Considering that I am a strength and conditioning coach for professional athletes... I am gonna have to say you are wrong. Which is usually the case when a person forms an opinion when ignorant of the facts. Anyone that squats with me breaks parallel significantly. Stopping at parallel, or short of parallel puts added stress on the knees. I also advocate proper alignment between the direction of the knees n toes.

  • My first concern when strength training an athlete is form. Initially it compromises strength, but when form is focused on first... the strength increases are much more substantial over time.

  • what I stated earlier also support the fact that my athletes complete there lifts wit h no belts, wraps, straps, shirts, or suits!

  • @JoePastore1973 cool story bro tell it again

  • @AndyHarglesis Yo EMO! Why don't u stfu and stop criticizing people. While you're at it, go take your "elite" powerlifts and shove them up your asshole as far as possible so we don't have to hear your crap

  • @MrHitu100 Somebody is obviously jealous! ;D

  • Without that squat suit she would turn to dust--or at least her spinal column would.

  • Just unracking 330 is impressive for a high school girl that size. But let's be real, that wasnt a squat.

If I were training this girl, we would be starting over at 135 off an 8" box and working our way back up.

  • Wow this girl is really strong. lol at the dude complaining that she is wearing a suit. She is squatting almost 3 times her bodyweight. That is fucking impressive.

  • beautifull and really strong. Its her double weight squats guys!!

  • Comment removed

  • her left legs looks much bigger than her right.

  • Strong girl.

  • Great lift!!

  • awesome :)

  • Good work. when you move up in weight, wait less just squat! You did a another set's worth by standing there psyching up. Good work.

  • @TheCODEVIL YA and Your a Guy. I squated 440 Raw at 132. 275 is a joke lol I have benched that at 125lbs.

  • @powrliftrprotar no way you benched 275 at 125? idgaf im asking a girl for advice, but i'm 145 benching 225, what'd you do to bench that?

  • @powrliftrprotar no one cares how much you lift most likely like any other lifter that only trains the muscle has weak ass joints that will eventually come to injury good luck friend

  • @xxxpurexxxstrength ur a fucking retard

  • @MrJervilla i bet alot i know way more about fitness or anything like it more then u k thx fag

  • @xxxpurexxxstrength keep dreaming son

  • @MrJervilla no need too

  • @powrliftrprotar how tall are you 5'1?

  • @powrliftrprotar

I'm sorry that TheCODEVIL guy's a prick but you're full of shit with those numbers. Would love to see you post vids of 440 and 275 bench press, that'd put you at elite in 198+ lol.

  • @11111011 elite? lol not even close haha

  • @powrliftrprotar I squatted 445 raw at 131.7

  • @powrliftrprotar i've seen your vids before, you fuckin rock!

  • @powrliftrprotar r u single n looking?

  • @powrliftrprotar then your a really small guy. and have short limbs. you can claim your not but then your lying about your size or your numbers.

  • @TheCODEVIL Shut the fuck up, retarded cunt!

    275lbs doesn't sound like 330lbs, does it?

    Stop bashing females accomplishments!

I also notice you weigh 135lbs ... try going down to 115lb, like her, then squat 330lbs full range.

Let's see it, I'm waiting ... and no STEROIDS like the LOSERS will use!

  • @AndyHarglesis Steroids don't make you a loser--if you think that then you don't understand the relentless pursuit. A huge majority of successful competitors use, and it's just the ones who get caught that are vilified.

TheCODEVIL is being asinine though, it's actually a professional competition and the suit is part of it.

  • @DeceitfulDestiny STEROIDS are the quick fix for those who can't do anything without DRUGS.

It's a shame that most athletes use them, seeing as they help you win but sure as hell can't help you be natural.

  • @DeceitfulDestiny Don't mind Andy. He's just a troll who likes to start nonsense all over the place. He's done the same thing on about 20 other squat videos.

  • @TheCODEVIL I squat 315 and im 125, and that's average over here...lol

  • @TheCODEVIL just wondering what squat suits and bench suits are and what they do

  • @TheCODEVIL For real though my squat is 365 and im still embarrassed posting it. but you have the nerve to post 275 and think that means something? unless you ment 375 then im sorry. but really? wow.....

  • @ldog2010 seriously.. people on youtube...

  • @ldog2010

275 is about what i squat too, it doesn't matter if you want to get better you have to start somewhere, I've been powerlifting one year now and I'm just not built for squating but I don't care cause i'm getting better all the time..

And btw 365 is decent.. i think that would be double bodyweight to me..

  • @ldog2010 so what, my squat is 366, for real though...

  • @ldog2010 Hey man its not about how much weight you can do compared to others its how much you can do compared to yourself. I dont go to the gym expecting to beat someone else, I expect to beat myself. So if he/she can only squat 275lbs then good for he/she because thats more than the first time they did i bet.

  • @helghast82nd you need to read what he said lol it was ignorant lol

  • @ldog2010 probably, thats what is posted most of the time lol

  • @TheCODEVIL How much does someone wanna bet it was a quarter squat at that?? hahaha

  • @superstaples she went parallel

  • @fir3share78

not talking about the girl in the video, BRO. read up

  • @superstaples ahhh gotchya. yeah I'd like to see that lovely quarter squat action so I can laugh at it, people it's not a squat if it's an inch above parallel, knees out and drive up with hips, also I'm tired of watching people lead forward with their knees HIPS BACK HIPS BACK HIPS BACK! You'll have some uber lovely knee problems otherwise.

  • @TheCODEVIL Same here man-- go RAW or GTFO!

  • @TheCODEVIL 275lbs wouldn't be a competitive snatch at your weight. It certainly isn't bad in the sense that it would be significantly more than an untrained 135 pounder could put up but it's not something to distinguish you as a powerlifter.

  • @TheCODEVIL bla bla bla... guys like ya really annoy me, pure mouth and words and none video of that "275 squat" kill yourself cocksucker motherfucker

  • @ricardozs1983 it's common for people to make videos, when I get to 315 I might post one. But it's gotta look good you know?

  • That was beast good job

  • only if we had compitions where i like like that i would train so much harder then i used to.

  • thats amazing! strong girl

  • lmao the spotter looked like he was afraid to even be behind her.

  • i just got hard =D that is the hottest thing i have ever seen

  • everyone who reads this (going wider than shoulder width will increase your strength) you'll be surprised:D

  • thats a squat to parallel, which is as far as you need to go. so STFU about the form, she did it properly.

  • That spotter was going to pick her up by her ass for sure if she failed

  • @MrCatalano14 i deffinetly would bro i'd do it even if she didnt fall, probably a friendlly ass grab if she did a good job:D

  • |more than i squat

  • @msmoorad123 powerlifting is a competitive sport. Their work is recognized just as any other athlete in a competive sport is.

  • what i dont get is that people should be training for themselves and not to show off or gain acceptance/recognition with other people. this seems to be the reason for many people who join a gym etc.i m not saying the girl in this video does this..just commenting.about what seems to be common

  • @msmoorad123 It's called competitive spirit! Why do we have any sports? What's wrong with people displaying their strength for others to see? NOT A DAMN THING!

  • almost 3x BW....

  • That is an incredible lift at 115lbs very well done!

  • damn! her vertical leap must be crazy!

  • I remember back in the day when I could lift weight like that (sigh)

  • she bout to break her knees

  • @willbeflyall24h lol you sir are an idiot

  • thats fucking impressive.

  • Um the proper way to do a squat is to go down until your spine comes out of neutral position so no she shouldn't go deeper in her squat if that throws her spine out of position. Stop hating. The girl can lift.

  • wtf she can defintely squat like 20more lbs and i weigh 130lbs and i only max 285lbs i fail

  • that's freakin impressive... for a girl!! wowwwweee lol

  • @EaSonaToR That's impressive for most guys her size much less a girl. Great lifting.

  • shes cute too :)

  • Holy shit her quads are big! Damnnnnn

  • she needs to go way deeper in the squat

  • She holds the bar as if she's never held one in her life, then squats this massive weight. Impressive.

  • i feel weak now, lol

  • I feel depressed watching this

  • bwhahahha typical women at the gym only training gluts/legs

  • @isaacooo123 better than typical guy only training chest/bi's and tri's :P

  • impressive.

  • i wondeer if she ever got laid......

  • god damn i weigh 157 and i can only do 245 and imma dude i feel weak now

  • hate to see her screw a guy while being on top

  • wow that girl is super fuckin sexy look at thoes thighs

  • I admire that accomplishment. double bodyweight squat's are respectable among strong guys. I guess this is pretty close to a triple bodyweight squat.

  • she got some huge thighs lol

  • man put some weight on that bar. that was easy.

  • wow well done! whats her number lol

  • this is not a full squat. a full squat goes significantly lower.

  • @bonafideadam You have no idea what you are talking about. That was a full squat. You don't have to go below horizontal for a full squat.

  • @ponyboy1276

your ignorance on the mechanics of the squat is common but your assuredness is comical. LOL internetz.

  • @bonafideadam speaking like you have knowledge of something isn't quite the same as actually knowing what you are talking about, but if ignorance is bliss, you must be having the time of your life.

  • @ponyboy1276 First of all we both have knowledge of the squat. Unfortunately for you and the girl in this video ( and the people running the meet) you do not understand what a full range of motion is. You do not know how to access the muscles the squat is aiming to utilize. you are cheating yourself. I find it sad that instead of taking a step back and taking the time to research the correct way to do a squat you become a troll.

  • @bonafideadam Well, you can continue on, apparenlty you are a squat master. Maybe you should contact the people who organized the meet, bodybuildingcom and every other major publication that has gives information on the squat technique and let them know that they are doing it wrong. You could revolutionize the sport with your knowledge. Good luck to you lad.

  • @ponyboy1276 You are wrong. It's true, it only has to go to parallel to count as a lift, but it is NOT a full squat. A full squat is, as the name implies, FULL range of motion. Obviously, she could have gone lower.

  • @crystallinentity There was no reason to go lower which was my point. Yes, she could go lower, but why would she? Studies show that while there is some benefit to doing ATG squats , its minimal. I'm not going to argue my point again, because Youtube is pretty much just a place where people just like telling you you're wrong. There's no point

  • @ponyboy1276 Then you should have said that. He pointed out she was not doing a full squat, and you disputed that.

I agree there's no point for her but only because she's powerlifting and that would decrease the amount of weight she can lift.

Saying that the benefeit of doing deeper squats is minimal, is just stupid. Care to show me these studies of yours?

  • @crystallinentity well, the reason people do full squats is because they believe that the full range of motion promotes balanced and superior muscle and strength development. The implication is that parallel squats do not involve hamstrings and glute muscles like full squats so you get a muscle strength imbalance between the quadricep muscles at the front of the thigh and the posterior chain, which includes the hamstrings and the glutes. That isn't really the case

  • @crystallinentity This is as far as muscle imbalance and at the end of the day, it really depends on what you are after. If you are lifting for power then by all means full squats are great, but if you are a bodybuilder looking to not only develop but shape it in balanced way, you might want to do parallel squats. Personally, I go lower then parallel which works fine for me. At 6'9" that range of motion is fine for me.

  • @ponyboy1276 Hmm, that doesn't look like a study to me. That looks like unsupported broscience. And now parallel is better to "shape" the legs? Lol. I await your real "studies". As in, a link with a credible source to back up the bs?

  • @crystallinentity Why would I bother doing that? For every scientific study done there is another that disputes it. You assume to know better. That's awesome for you. I hope you are putting it to better use then youtube..Personally, I rather be in the gym than argue with closed minded people who think they know it all, but the only time they actually "lift" is their hand to the keyboard.

  • @ponyboy1276 Lol that's all I needed to hear. You have no "studies." Big Surprise. Have a good one.

  • @crystallinentity Here you go Caterisano A, Moss R, Pellinger T, Woodruff K, Lewis V, Booth W, Khadra T. The effect of back

squat depth on the EMG activity of 4 superficial hip and thigh muscles. Journal of Strength and

    Conditioning Research. 16(3); Pp 428-432. 2002

  • @crystallinentity Robertson D, Wilson J, St Pierre T. Lower extremity muscle functions during full squats.

Journal of Applied Biomechanics. 24(4); Pp 333-339. 2008

Look them up, which I'm sure you won't. People like you only want to be right but most times are just full of crap. so you have a good one.

  • @ponyboy1276 Funny, those don't look like links. BRB buying a book because you said so...

    YEAH RIGHT.

  • @crystallinentity What are you, 15, 16 years old? What do you want everything done for you? How about doing some of your own research if you're so interested in the topic? You wanted to studies. I gave you studies. Now if you're too lazy to do the work that's on you. Peace

  • @ponyboy1276 No, I specifically asked for links. Not a book I can go order online because a stranger told me to. Sorry, but you are the challenger. I don't work for you. If you want to prove your 'facts' it's the other way around.

If you can't even find a single link supporting you, that pretty much proves my point. :)

  • @crystallinentity What am I challenging? You would have to had actually made a point in order for me to "challenge" anything. All you did was say I was wrong, which is your opinion, just like any other schmuck on here. I hope you aren't on your high school's debate team

And for the record they don't allow you to post links on here. All you would have to do is paste the name into google and the study would come up. If you can't do that then you have way more issues than proper squat form.

  • @ponyboy1276 I am tired of people calling me a troll. I gave you pages and pages full of information, and you don't know how to use any of it. Learn how to read.

    go fuck youself. please.

  • @ponyboy1276 @ponyboy1276 You challenged the other posters comment. I agreed with him, said you were wrong, and now asked for your source. LOL is it that complicated??

And for the record, any human with a brain can post a link on here. Leave out the w's,etc. Astounding isn't it?
