I love porsches but I dont like how their straights sound. My dream car is a carrera GT just because of it's v10 , bark, and howl. You seem to be an expert on German cars, can you tell me why Porsche doesn't experiment much with V engines?

I think the biggest problem is the compact design of the 911 series. Take a look to older models, you will see every model looks a little bit like the first one (356). With a V engine you get a higher engine witch is impossible to integrate in the ass of a 911 model. But in the future, porsch produce more models with a V engine, take a look at the Porsche 918, it is a V8 with 380kw mechanical power and 180kw electrical power, much faster as the carrera GT:-)
