People believe that rim restore is good . BUT RIMS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER HEAT treatment . RIMS WILL never hold the shape or strength for long .After a couple pot holes and that rim will be worse then it was when it went into repair ...... BE SMART BUY NEW RIM & DRIVE BETTER... Patch heat jobs never hold on rims . The rims are half as strong then they were after treatment .. Duh cheap fix LONG TERM PROBLEM !!!!!!!! DONT BE A SUCKER

@pecker19 - We have been straightening wheels for years and after a wheel has been straightened we do not have problems. This I know because we have straightened thousands of wheels. Our clientele would let us know if they were experiencing problems and we just don't have them. I'm sorry if you have had bad luck with wheel repair, come to us next time! Your correct in saying that people should pay for quality - this applies to quality wheel restoration as well.

The technical name for the shaping tool is a hydrolic platen; it is custom made tool . Just about every part of our machinery is made of custom parts.
