Torrents are small files that contain information of what other computers to connect to. These computers have a torrent client like yours sharing that specific file (seeding). So pretty much you get pieces of the file from other computers that already have it.

The more people use it the more available the file is on the P2P network, thus the faster and easier it is to get it. It has nothing to do with the website you got the torrent from.
