Very good, very true points. I absolutely can relate to what you're saying. I've been "there" myself and all along I felt that bringing about physical health is a major step towards feeling well (it may not be the only step that's required, other steps may include changing your job, relationships, etc). Of course, I'm not 100% out of "there", but I'm much, much better.
I feel the pits when my diet slips, but when I eat low fat raw food (almost all the time nowadays), then my body leaps for energy and joy. The brain is just like any other part of the body. Cut the crap out, and eat a very clean low fat diet then the rest of your body and your brain and sense of well being will bless you abundantly!
green smoothies (just greens and fruit) is the best thing for improving my mood, thinking, and vibrations. I can feel it right away. kale, parsley, spinach, romaine, cilantro, etc. ~~ not all together, but different green smoothie every day.
Great vid thanks! I totally agree with what you said.
It's funny because I ended up in the hospital for about a month...I had never felt so low and with my mind being so closed I didn't think 'hey you've been eating worse than you ever have!', but in the back of my mind I was thinking that you are not healthy from eating bad and not working out. I didn't think you have to do this now to change! It was that's on the list. I would have done anything to get better, but at the time it was meds. I wish I knew then...
Hey man, just found your videos. Great topic on here because for 4 years I treated anxiety/depression with medication blindly following the doctors orders. Then a spark of light hit me 2-3 years ago and realized it was my eating habbits, going vegetarian COMPLETELY eliminated all anxiety symptoms, now I'm about half way into the Raw food thing.
Working in different arenas where either directly and/or indirectly mental stability and/or health has to do with the problems why I'm dealing with people is highly probable that your theory is on the money. For example; Larger number of people in an area where good nutritional environment is absent tend to be more unstable in their reasoning and judgment, as opposed to those in a good nutritional environment. Love, Peace
@Nigstesaba "psychological tests given (IDARE-1, IDARE-2 and CES-D) to the subjects demonstrate significant differences in anxiety and depression between groups. More anxiety and depression were reported in the no vegetarian groups in comparison with the vegetarian groups. In addition, diet analysis found more nutritional antioxidant agents levels in the vegetarian group" Bol Asoc Med PR 1998 Apr-Jun;90(4-6):58-68
Good food is the greatest medication. I am the only raw foodist that I know of, living in the city that I live in. I've had all kinds of mental and physical issues in my life, and increasing the amount of living foods has helped me a tremendous amount. I've been trying so hard to recover from stress and my own toxic lifestyle, I just really wish that there were other individuals practicing this kind of lifestyle locally. I need a coach!
problem is that foods like papaya , custard apples etc arnt still in every day shops , and so we either have to travel alot , or shop more specialisdly , but what with ordering online , maybe that should help ,
I agree with a lot of what you said. It makes sense. I am trying to eat as many raw foods as I can right now. I'm already noticing small changes, such as my energy level and being almer in stressful situations.
I really enjoyed this. I have been on and off trying to be raw...I know that I really struggle when my eating is out of whack, this really reminded me of how much power we all have to control our own happiness, by controlling the foods we put into it. Thanks so much.
Thank you for this. I suffered with "Mental Illness" for years. One day it just stopped, and went away when I started eating raw foods.
Your video is absolutely right, it's all about nutrition. There is no disease, only what you've created. Fried Chicken has a particular vibration, which when ingested changes your vibration. It's that simple.
its funny, when i eat foods that really are good for me, my brain tingles as a response. i think its because my physical body recognizes these fruits and vegetables
i think i just had a mental orgasm after i saw and read all this stuff about healthy food. SREW THE JUNK FOOD full of toxins (it doesnt even taste good man!) houw could i eat that all these time. now i know where does my anxiety and multiple sclerosis come from. thank you guys.
Thanks for the inspiration to get my butt into gear again. =)

Again, wonderful video with a great message.
Leave in harmony with nature, treat your body the way nature intended for it to be treated and you won't believe how wonderful life can be.
