  • It's a nice respectable man that Operates the school and how runs for the most part. I feel uploading this video to YouTube is somewhat immature and irrational.

  • You think the superintendent makes $200K? Where do you get your facts. He makes about $110K and thats public information that you can find if you're really an "investigative reporter". If you knew his job description you would see he's grossly underpaid. He oversees 5 school districts, 7 schools, 14 administrators, over 400 teachers, 8 budgets in the millions of dollars and a K through 12 curriculum. I'm impressed he gave you 10 seconds of his time.

  • lol i talked to him yesterday

  • Correct me if I am wrong....but this sort of thing IS Ridley's Job. He sells ads on his programs. Telling him to get a job seems rather silly in this context, doesn't it? What, just because you don't think what he is doing is worth anything? Luckily whether it is worth anything or not is subjective.

  • Why he so paranoid? Maybe he's hiding something.

  • Does anyone know the job description of a school superintendent? $200K/yr burden on taxpayers?

  • he looks like a wannabe thug. he'd be a pansy in a big city

  • you need to get a job

  • @daves4mtb1 you need to get a life.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork Got one, that is why I'm not out harassing low level small community school board officials on the theory that by doing so I am somehow a hero or champion of liberty. Oooohhhh you guys are really "fighting the power"

  • 1st amendment > school official

  • He seems utterly unfamiliar, and uncomfortable, with the idea of having anything he says questioned.

    A real bureaucrat.

  • I have to send up kudos to Dave as per usual and for once, the official who turned out to be the protagonist in this story. Great job to both of you, this is how it's spposed to work. Confidence inspiring. MORE!

  • this was handled really well, great job dave. Seems like a simple correction, but the small things add up and talking with our admin's like this with video lets them know we are paying close attention.

  • small town local official...still not sure how this whole internet thing works...standing there like a deer in headlights...not knowing what about to happen to his political office...you could almost see him counting the skeletons in his closet...wondering when the other shoe was going to drop....good man though...it was removed promptly. thumbs up.

  • awesome

  • Great Superintendent. He did very well!!! Good guy!

  • "I don't need your permission to video tape."

    *blank stare*

  • Dave can defuse any bomb.

  • Why does he care?...why would you not be able have a book/document of guidelines/laws on your person?...to keep you dumb/naive of your right to be informed. end of story. that's like saying you are not allowed to carry a penal code log/"law book." when the govt says you are a criminal to be informed/in the know, and you have become labled a "disorderly citizen" all bets are off.

  • @ptdatnurpipensmkit You wrote: "Why does he care?...why would you not be able have a book/document"

Well that's what he was saying. He doesn't care if we copy the policy; maybe he even wants us to. Sounds like some BureauSpeak got onto the posted policies, and he was able to recognize that part as unnecessary.

  • Nice intro...like a supermarket theme. Seems they have a somewhat knowledgeable BAR Associate working in "Legal"....At least they changed it, after all, they don't want to lose their best paying corporate customers called "Parents". Good work, Mr. Ridley!

  • I thought "Bob" was very courteous and I thought RR provided the right amount tension, tension frankly that should always underly discussions between the FREE press and government. When that tension is not reflected, as so often happens on television, that is a signal to me that what I'm watching may be propoganda. The 4th estate could take a lesson on how not to be "buddy-buddy" with government subjects who are accountable to the people. I give Bob and RR A+s for how they conducted themselves.

  • This is why I love the ridley report. He will cover anything that doesn't make sense and get answers! No matter how miniscule in importance.

  • this guy is pathetic

  • Hey he actually did it. Awesome.

  • The look on his face... priceless

  • It actually sounds like you were being disrespectful this time.

  • Why do you even care about this?

  • I am glad this guy is in the position he is in. He has a lot more class than you at this time Ridley. Why a

  • Yah... It doesn't say that now. And why are being so annoying to this guy. He would of been nicer and wanted to help you. He looked at the site right away..

  • Hey, actually the dude almost handled himself well. lol

  • This was kind of pointless...

  • I don't give you permission to post this on youtube.... LOL

  • @beefyoso hey where do you live? I'll come harass you and upload it and not care

  • The arrogant, smarmy attitude of Bob the bureaucrat reminds me of Richard "Sit down and shut up" Cheney.

  • That was awkward.

  • nice

  • Notice The first guy actually spoke to you in the manner of a servant because it was his FIRST YEAR. Hmmm. The superintendent came from a position of power instead of humility. Wonder what the term limits are there? Something to think about.
