Thanks so much! This is fabulous. I'm usually pretty good at flipping instructions from right-handedness but crochet has been difficult. So thanks! Also very handy for seeing the clear difference between single/hd/double and treble.
Thank you so much! I am the only left handed person in my family. Both mom and aunt couldn't show me. The books I read really doesn't help but your video has helped me SOOOOOO much. Thank you for taking the time to show us lefties how to crochet. Do you have a website?
Thanks so very much for taking the time to make and share these beginner videos for lefties. The three books I bought were useless, but i feel like a pro after watching a few of your videos. The slow-mo is key--what a great idea. I'm so impressed and grateful.
It is great to hear from lefty's that have been successful. I have heard from a few that were having a difficult time so I thought some of the basics might be helpful. Thanks for the comment.
This would have been soooo helpful when I was eight! I had to learn to crochet backwards from a right-handed instruction booklet.

@PoweredByFajitas The crochet chain is a good video to watch first

ok, so basically it's like double, but instead of putting one loop over in the beginning you put two. right?

@maggieofHawaii yes, that is correct. I have wrapped the yarn around the hook up to 10 times when working with crochet thread.

@Cassiopia012 The yarn I am using is 4 ply yarn. You can use size 10 and it will work the same way.
