He allegedly went on a three day drinking binge, passed out at a bar and sexually harassed a business associate. There may be other stuff. This all can be read in various newspapers online.
Nothing against Sheboygan here, for sure. It's a Wisconsin thing. Wisconsin is the drunkest state in the country according to 2011 CDC report.

in the 20's sheboygan was known for speakeasys , gambeling & whorehouses.
in the 70's it was sincity because a teacher was shacking up with a student or something .
big deal , x NYC mayor marion barry got caught snorting coke & fucking around with hookers and nobody made as big of a deal as this.
