What I did is just bought the bound sword as soon as possible and just used that throughout the game as my main melee weapon and managed to get 100 conjuration with no grinding while also leveling one handed.

Another easy method doesn't require you to be in combat. You can summon a familiar then use expel or dismiss and you gain experiance for the dismiss. Or soul trap couriers

Skyrim was my first Elder Scrolls game that I've played completely, and I must say that conjuring is the easiest way to beat this game (sidequests included). With the conjured swords (purchased in Whiterun), you level your one-handed, armor type, conjuration, and restoration simultaneously, and the conjuration honestly serves as an enemy detector with the ridiculous pace it levels. Once you can summon a Dremora lord, the game becomes a one-button instant win. I can summon two. 100 Conjuration.

The Flame Atronarch is the best to go with before the Dremora Lords, however, due to their range attacks. If you're looking for a challenge, I'd avoid this skill though. It's challenging for the first 20 levels or so, but afterwards the game is cake. Conjuring the atronarch and then following up with dual conjured weapons made it so I had over 50 before my total level reached 10. Dremora Lords and expert spells are purchased from Phinis at Winterhold. They're fearless and one/two hit everything.

If you just tap the mouse buttons really fast you still spend mana and gain exp, but he wont complete the spell, so you wont have to unequippe the swords. If you have a decent enough mana regenerate you can do this inferentially. It also works really well with Muffle in one hand and Detect Life/Death on the other. Just tap dat rat 'till 100

The thing I hate about Conjuration in Skyrim is they took away so many spells. Oblivion had at least around 15 different creatures you could summon and almost all of them are not in Skyrim. Why did they take them out?

@runescapeep1c There is ALOT of content in this game but they seem to have stripped all the schools of magic of spells. For example, Illusion used to have alot more spells such as command humanoid or charm but I don't think they are in Skyrim. Your left with Calm, Frenzy, Fear, and their stronger versions. Skyrim is a huge step forward but it's also taken a few steps back.

an easier way people is to obtain "soul trap" from a mage and go to a dead animal or body and continuesly use it on theme. Your conjuration will go up quite fast.

I got from 25 to 50 in around 20 minutes. I kept using that same spell training with vilkas in a companion mission. I also found out if you summon the sword and hit with it your level increases also

Or find a place in a city where you can hide. I found a hi ledge which I jumped onto. I then shot a person to get guards after me. I just hung out up there till I got conjuration 100.

sneak & archery at the same time : crouch and shoot arrows on an ancient

illusion : use the spell courage on anybody again and again...

destruction : buy an horse, set difficulty to master for max health then use your destruction spells on it

speech : in Riften, keep asking Ungrirn about Maven Roncenoir over and over again (Black-Briar Meadery)

You could just use soul capture on a dead body which takes about 10-20 minutes depending on your perks on MP and your MP per cast. 5 cast 1 level or so depending on level of your conjuration skill

Doesnt this make the game much harder? You level up the character level while doing this,but you dont level your combat skills.So the enemy scale a higher level and your on the same combat skill levels...isnt that bad?

@Bain0o It isn't necessarily bad. When your level increases, it also unlocks more powerful weapons and armor throughout the game. While the enemies do become tougher, it doesn't really matter too much as long as you get more powerful weapons/armor/spells. I actually find the game more fun with tougher enemies.

you can also do soul trap on a dead body or dead enemy over and over and over. You don't get the soul of course, but it counts as a hit for conjuration.

The best thing to use master level conjuration for is using the Sigil stone in conjunction with the Atronach Forge to summon enchanted Daedric Armor from significantly less expensive items and sell it

Pfft magic you dont need little fancy spells to make people explode even if it is funny using the freeze shout on someone ontop of a stair case and watching them slowly fall down backwards, sneak, archery, onehanded is the way to go. :)

Especially the sneak roll, best perk ever made i always do a little roll almost whenever cause its so epic

Theres another exploit i found. Not really an exploit, but, somesort. Just use the soul trap spell, on either a dead or live body, make sure they dont attack you tho.

Illusion is much much easier to exploit. You get the Muffle spell, that makes you move more quietly for 180 secs. It levels up like each spell till like 30, then its a bit harder. Anyways, get some robes, regeneration rings, necklaces, robes, hoods and illusions gets pretty easy to train

@3ATSH1TBITCH Conjuration is the best magic in this game. If you're level 100 then you can summon two Dremora Lords or permanently reanimate a dead body to fight for you until it dies. I think that that's pretty useful especially when you're a higher level.

@3ATSH1TBITCH I don't think you realize how stupid that affirmation is.Conjuration IS the best magic in the game.I mean at around level 66 conjuration you learn Summon Dremora Lord which 3-shots mobs.You can create swords/battleaxes/a bow by mere magicka which helps so you don't carry that much and the attacks apply to your one-handed/archery etc.At level 100 you can summon TWO dremora lords at once OR revive a dead body permanently.

I would also reccomend to anyone trying to level up skills the fastest: Get the Guardian Stones and Sleep 5% (or 10% in your own bed / 15% if you sleep in a bed with your spouse), you can potentially get 35% increase of any skill to level up.
