Is it true that if you keep using the exact same product (the same cleanser, etc.), your skin will get used to it, and the product will lose its effectiveness?
As said under, with Benzoyl Peroxide this is not the case. To explain it with an analogy: Imagine bulletproof skin was trait rare in humans, guns (antibiotics) would kill the humans without bulletproof skin, and the ones left over with bulletproof skin would reproduce, eventually leaving only humans with bulletproof skin.
Benzoyl Peroxide however, is like taking away everybody's food, they'll find a little bit and dwindle in numbers greatly, eventually dying out almost entirely!

most people have acne as only teenagers, so they turn 20 and it's gone, so i think that's a good idea to do something for adult acne.

With certain products, yes - but I'm pretty sure that benzoyl peroxide does not have this effect. Check his site for answers.
Dan, VERY quick question. I have large pores on my nose - would you recommend an AHA or BHA product? If AHA, I'm nabbing that AHA from your site :D
