I've finished the game more than 5 times in each difficulty level,done half the speedruns,some of the other stages(the DLC ones) and have it around 60-65% on the trophies...but I don't know about the difficulty in speedruns...all I know is that it isn't on hard because the objects you need to climb,jump,etc are red and that doesn't happen on hard...

I bought this game the day it came out,i had it for a while... then sold it later. that was my first game i ever had for the 360. Now, 2 years later, I miss the HELL out of it. I remember the soundtrack most of all.. for example, the ATRIUM LEVEL had the most darkest and powerful music i've ever heard in a video game. that's why I love this game soo much. This game is more unique then any other game i've played before... i'd spend hours playing this, it took me away from reality..euphoric like.

The section @ 4:40 in the video, if you just fall down to the floor below instead of going around like you did in the video, its actually quicker because even though you die, the game restarts you on the ground. Just a little time saver for those who can't quite make the time.

I almost resorted to Kick-glitching that last section where you're going down trying to reach the doors, but managed to make it through legit finally.

@coolimacs It's a TOUGH jump. When I did it, on the PC, my key sequence was: Wall Run, Reverse, Jump, DO NOT roll on the landing. This guy used a slightly harder sequence: Wall run, jump away at an angle.

I'm on level eight here, and I can't get passed the wall to jump on the cranes load. Have tried it over 30 times I guess, but I keep doing something wrong.

i could beat u but ur the only one who used that glass jump on the last part when u going down those stairs, but u keep in mind never use the stairs. As soon as u jump to first glass thing and jump down to platform there is a lil grey wall right there, jump it, then u will land on the next glass (remember to roll) then just drop and hope CPF won't kill u lol

At 1:27 instead of running around you can save a couple seconds by wallrunning along the yellow and white building to the left, turn around and jump, wallrun up the yellow sheet metal, turn and jump onto the roof.

Awesome! So graceful and fluid. Nice. There is a shorter way to go at 3:11, if you go left you can hop on the fence up to the platform with the balance beam (not using it of course) but in this way you can skip your next 2 wall runs

There's a big short cut you haven't used: at 4:41 drop down in direction north-west. You'll die but will respawn down. It's much faster than going through the balancing session. Even though you did brilliantly and I didn't, me using that trick you were only 10 seconds faster than me. :)

I just found out that if you jump off the building and die at 1:33, you actually respawn below the pole, saving maybe a second or two. I accidentally fell at that part and was going to restart, but then realized where I was. XD Hope that helps to anyone who can't quite shave off a couple seconds. =D

here's what I think the developers were going for with the rats: The city SEEMS all clean and happy and nice, but a closer inspection reveals that it's all a facade, the beauty is only skin deep. (e.g. the people all seem happy, but they live oppressed, controlled lives)

The rat's name is Scruffy (it's the same rat in all the scenes), and it is the pet of another runner. So the city is indeed clean, and not only it's facade.

During next walkthrough try to pay attention to all the wall writings/emails/notes, there are some easter eggs hidden in the game.

wtf, i mean you get eight minutes on this when you only need six and the shard and jacknife times are relatively tight, i mean you only need five or so on the shard if you do everything right but there are so many variables to that level w/ the fights and numerous difficult jumps and subsequent costly falls, i don't feel the game is really all that repetitive but the difficulty spikes at certain parts while others are easy to a laughable degree
