@foo176, it's because the boss is supposed to be easy. If the boss was too hard, you probably would not be able to "get his permission" to use the train, and you need that for the game.

I hate this boss because there's a time limit for the boss fight, and you have to beat him before time runs out! Another easy boss though. It took me a 1 minute and 32 seconds.
