Another thing cyborgs normally are part human. The cyborgs in this movie series are actually androids just like Terminator. The terminator robots were only cyborgs because the flesh/blood/tissue was actual living organic.

It seems that these "cyborgs" are more android than actual cyborg (that being combination of organic and inorganic, specifically, the human brain in control). Still, it seems a better movie than the 1st one.

@SaltJolie1 Come on, Schwarzenegger was a great cyborg in the Terminator movies. I mean come on, it's okay to be a Jolie fan but I mean Arnold was great in The Terminator series.  And those movies were better. Angelina Jolie is a decent action heroine but she's not on the level of even Van Damme her predecessor in the series in terms of action star presence. She is of course a better actress but I mean in terms of action star, Sigourney Weaver on the other hand....Now that's action star.
