The Vikings! Great movie, filmed in Norway. Hopefully all Scandinavians will unite, like they did in days of old, instead of throwing rocks at each other. To those who have criticized this "American movie", there are more Scandinavian Americans than there are Scandinavians. ell I have studdied a long time, whic was the best kind of amour in middle age? The plate mail was a bit expensive but good protection. Chain Mail is not good against arrows ore stab and really expensive and a lot of worrk to pruduce. The plate armour was not that expensive and easy to made, also doog protection against all kinds of weapons beside the places between the plates.
The scall armour, not as much work needed as chainmail and also very good protection. What do you think is best?
