  • I admire colin powell he is a realist and sees the needs of the US people hes sees what the majourity need they need a realist consitent president. Hes right about Obama totally obama would great influance for the lraders of the world to follow to. A least hes taken time to actknowage europe where mc cain oly did the uk I thk whch is g8 but rest of europe needed to listend to aswell. mc cain sadly he did not do his homewrk of where the head of european union was where obama did. u r lucky guys

  • If you were running for office and were genuinely concerned that people were being lubricated in the wrong direction by a sort of Obama oilof good looks, smooth gestures and clever rhetoric, wouldnt you want to try to cut through it for their sake? In life, books and films, weve all seen smooth (but disingenuous) talkers before, who say what our itching ears want to hear. I only hope McCains vinegar makes it through to our taste buds, before its too late.

  • I think his words came out of his colon. What a bunch of crap. For the first time he endorses a democrat candidate for president who just "happens" to be black, but it has nothing to do with race. OK Sure

  • No doubt race had something to do with it but ya gotta realize is who Powell is. He is the only member of the Bush administration that is essentially immune to the criticism because everybody liked to think of him as the guy in the room who was like 'gee i dont know we should probably think this through'. The notion that someone like Powell would make this decision based on race is kinda rediculous. Regardless of Obama/Mccain, I dont think you can knock Powell. Did you watch the whole video?

  • Thank you General Powell for using your brain.

    Much respect and regards.

  • That's Powell's long-ass way of saying: "The Republicans sold me out, so fuck 'em. I think I'd rather be a black man again, thank you very much."

Glad to hear it. Welcome home, brother.

  • HE may as well go be a colored again. This guy made a career riding on Schwarzkopf's coattails.

  • No. His career stretches back to the Vietnam War, before he ever met Stormin' Whatshisname.

  • Thank you Colin Powell. See this very powerful message about John McCain who will be a man of war; and portrayed without a single word of anger -- watch?v=XgZ8ThJySNk&yt
