@highlevelnovice Because It wont come out/i would have blocked? chun li recovers fast from her fireball and that plus the fact that ryu can not quick getup from after an ultra PLUS the long startup of his ultra would make that a poor option. the only thing he could have done was an invincible startup move like ex dp. which would be pointless because i would still have recovered fast enough to block.

I did MP fireball because it has the least recovery and he had 1% health. anything would have chipped him to death so I did the safest one. as far as giving Seb a heart attack over that d/f roundhouse in the 2nd round I did it because baka may have done a quick get up ultra reversal had I thrown a fireball and from the way he was being trigger happy with reversals I was sure he was gonna do it. he couldn't quick getup after the ultra so I felt alot better just chucking the fireball at him.

mostly every reversal can absorb the kunai of ibuki.

Her Kunai hasnt the same priority like a projectile cause it isnt a projectile after all.
