Those are requirements to play PC games on low settings. Right now the PS3/X360 are comparable to a medium-high setting PC. And a PC that can do maxed settings for most PC games will cost a hefty amount of money.

@DarkProject yes you're right. I said Heavy Rain because of the story elements being similar. You know in Heavy Rain you're constantly getting clues as to who the killer is but the game keeps throwing stuff at you to confuse your guesses. And for Alan Wake his wife gets kidnapped right? And he finds a book and whatever's written on it starts coming true. Both of them are kinda alike in how they keep you guessing on what's coming next. As for Resident Evil it's because of those enemies in Alan
