Unless you were really close to them, and knew what transpired, it's not wise to wish anybody harm. Just ask GOD to nourish your wisdom, and help you understand the why of things. Ask GOD to be your guide, your eyes, your ears...to protect you from falling and foresee the consequences of your actions before it's too late, to always be alert. The brother did not tought he was invited he asked him what he was doing there and he just said he wanted to talk to Gladys of course he did not know what was about to happen but he knew he wan't welcome...but no matter what it is not her brothers fault :( in anyway!
very sad she looked so happy and peaceful and then she looks up and this happens i really hate that. that man should pay for what he did more than prison he should have been put to death. even if she did cheat on him like some say, if he was a piece of shit then he deserved it. a house full of people how could this happen? no one could stop him? why was he let in? and why were there ppl running? why didnt they go help her? i even seen men running, they didnt even help. very sad
@red25angel I agree...in the video they said her brother saw him approach the house!! He should've let him in or believed that he was invited to the wedding.

This is extremely sad...I can only imagine how the family is handling this. It's almost been 12 years. Gladys Ricart was a very kind-hearted person b/c she chose not to press charges or get a protective order for the times he harrassed her before. But it only makes you wonder if she would still be alive today, if she had pressed charges. So sad. She was very beautiful!!
This was a strange wedding gift for me in an arward way my reception was a couple of days away and I had went out and got somethings to prepare for my reception that was going to be that Sunday. Tired from shopping I prepared coffee.I turned on the TV and Death of a bride was on the beautiful bride caught me it look interesting so I began to watch it. I was very interested I have been to Ridgefield NJ that made it even more interesting. A week later I ordered the dvd. Very sad & touching RIP
That man was "TOTAL COMPLETE ASS" I wished I'd been amongst the audience in the gallery when he turned to her family to tell them he loved them after what he did. I would've been more than proud to open my purse and shot his ass with my gun for her family!!
this has to b 1 of the most sadest stories ever, how could you do that to some1. she was such a pretty woman, and her son omg when i saw him sitting on the curb crying my heart dropped he was soo soo sad. god bless them the entire family
To sapphire before you talk about spanish men even though he had no right to do what he did, I know for a fact that they were still seeing each other prior to this tragedy, and was leading him on and he found out about this days before.
