Whoever saw this film as a kid, it scared the shit out of them. But, years later when you see it again, you just wish that you have that dark figure and charming sexy voice of Tony Todd. That deep voice just calling chicks like:

The Forbidden is scary as FUCK

He doesn't just kill the baby, he keeps the body to toy with it. And he doesn't need to be summoned to kill..he just does. Rumors is what keeps him alive.

I don't remember the specifics of the story but it's one of the few stories to truly have me cringing and horrified. Mad props to Barker for continuing such stellar horror tales.

Good point. I don't think your mean for expressing your view, it is a valid one. Don't get me wrong I'm not one of those "death to all white people" types. I just expressed my views about my support of candyman wanting revenge on those who treated him cruelly. Like I said, I have had some pretty horrible experiences with white people (the ignorant, racist, white supremist, redneck kind)that makes me cautious about them, especially white men.

I'm guessing it means that the Life/Death and Legacy of Candyman and Helen will live on. Kind of like the story of Bonnie and Clyde; those two remain Immortal because of their story and their infamous lifestyle/death still intrigues us to this day.
