this pasta is much to humid. in this manner you would postpone your dinner to a week later :)
500ml water for 1kg rough durum maximum! best is to make it as dry as possible. put it in the frigde for at least two hours before starting with the pasta. or better let the dough stay over nite in the fridge.
the dough is too wet and sticky. you must use strong flour (semola di grano duro). don't use a stainless steel knife when cutting the pasta, use a pastry plastic palette knife.
If it is an electric pasta maker...what is she doing cranking it at the back? O_o Like others have said too, the pasta was way too wet, real pasta is very firm and retains its shape all the way until the flour is gone. If I weren't so cam shy I should upload stuff.

If you want to do it easier, use a wire cutter, similar to a good cheese slicer wire cutter
