  • MAXTRAX - The best investment i have ever made...

  • Great comparison! Which did you like the best?

  • my geo tracker ownes that jeep

  • Why didnt you put the ending in?

  • Def mattrax its lightweight, its cheaper than metal and you can find it at ARB 4x4 accessories anywhere in the world.

  • No single solution is ideal for all off-road conditions or environments. In addition to a strong winch on the truck, I also carry the Maxtrax, a shovel, and some good tow rope.

My truck is further equipped with a CB radio, to contact nearby off-roaders who might provide a tow. The SSB in that radio (along with common skip conditions) usually provides enough range to handle true distress calls.

  • @stewartx5 what kind of cb do you have i want a good one for my truck.

  • @JamesE0300

I'm currently using a modified (frequencies extended to allow CB use) Ranger SS-158EDX. I've had positive experiences with SuperStar radios in the past, so feel fairly confident with this particular Ranger version. My only complaint is the chrome faceplate, which doesn't exactly blend well with the interior of my truck. Sadly, none of the radios with black faceplates are entirely satisfactory (some minor feature or another I don't especially like).

  • ummm... wtf... where is the result?

  • wankers

  • most annoying soundtrack... ever...

  • The MAXTRAX are awesome. Can't wait to see a test with the new version.

  • maxtrax win hands down, get out there & try them for yourself, you will love them.

  • ITS EASY ! . install a big winch and go anywhere *1

*1 not included with air & water !!!

  • @HD13POWER theres hardly any trees in the desert bro and whut if u where wheeling by urself

  • @tank2449 Are you kiddin me ? when you go to desert a must thing to have more than 2 4X4 Vehicles.

other thing a good driver and low psi 20 or 15 psi in the tires will make you drive in soft sand like pavement LOL. No need for trees because other car can make the effort :)

  • Great comparison. I'm sorry but how can I get the full video?

  • Cant wait to see the results, its rare to see and actual side by side comparison.

  • My Guess is the following:

    #1: Mantec bridging ladder

    #2: MAXTRAX

    #3: Mantec Sand Ladders

    #4: TrackPad

    #5: Sandmats

    #6: Pillowtrac's
