Hi, You can heat the wrap for upwards of 90 seconds(10 to 20 seconds longer if needed) in a1100 watt microwave, but if its a lower microwave wattage you can heat upwards of 15 to 30 seconds longer! The middle gelpack should go all the way to the back to cover the whole head!

great video!!! i just use the olive oil replenishing pack last night , but i add a little more stuff to mine in mixed it , it works so good in my hair felt so soft , your hair look very pretty , thanks for sharing, i am going to maybe do my first video on the way i mix it , :)
